2. Booking and Payment

• Reservations: Bookings can be made directly through our website, via phone, or email. A valid credit card or bank transfer is required to secure your reservation.
• Payment: Payment can be made on arrival or via bank transfer prior to arrival. All payments must be settled in full upon check-in.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel within this period will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-In: Check-in time is after 12 p.m. If you require an early check-in, please notify us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
• Check-Out: Check-out time is before 12 p.m. If you need a late check-out, please inform us of your departure time, and we will try to satisfy your needs.

4. Guest Conduct

• Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
• Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest’s account.
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. A designated smoking area is provided outside.

5. Luggage Storage

• Storage: We do not currently offer luggage storage services. However, if a member of our staff is present, we may be able to assist you. Please contact us for further assistance.

6. Liability

• Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. BigTrel Apartments is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
• Injury or Illness: BigTrel Apartments is not liable for any injury, illness, or accidents that occur during your stay. Guests are advised to have their own travel insurance.
